Empowering BIPOC Talent: Changing the World, One Hire at a Time
In my quest to change the world, I embarked on a journey fueled by the belief that every individual, regardless of their background, should have an equal opportunity to succeed. As a creative soul, I had personally faced two significant challenges on this path: a lack of visibility and limited access to the necessary resources and knowledge to pursue the opportunities I craved. These obstacles inspired me to take up the mantle of a recruiter and work towards a much-needed change.

My ambition was simple, yet profound: to ensure that BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) would have a fair shot at success. I believed that by empowering these individuals and bringing their unique perspectives into the creative industry, we could transform it from within. With dedication and a resolute vision, I set out to make a tangible difference.

In this pursuit, my role as a Talent Advisor became much more than just finding suitable candidates for openings. It transformed into a mission to dismantle barriers and create pathways for BIPOC talents to thrive. Casting a wider net, I actively sought out collaborations with educational institutions, advocacy groups, and organizations dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in the creative field. Together, we could build a strong network that would bring real change.
